A removable Sunbrella top for the frame you already have

Replace a worn patio shade panel or add a fitted fabric top to an existing pergola or gazebo frame. Choose a rectangular or trapezoid panel, then select reinforced grommets or snaps along its perimeter.

Build your patio roof panel

Your shape, measurements and attachment

  • Rectangle: finished width and length, in inches.
  • Trapezoid: front width, rear width and measured length along the roof slope, in inches.
  • Grommet or snap attachment, with spacing options and room for your fastener details.
  • 73 Sunbrella Shade colors. Black is the base price; other colors add 10%.

Panel only, shipped for self-installation

The fabric panel includes the selected standard fabric fasteners in Laguna’s planning price. The customer supplies the existing supporting frame, matching mounting hardware and installation. No frame, rail system, structural kit or installation is included.

Planning price

The builder uses $75 per square foot: three times the $25 upper end of PYC’s published custom fixed-frame replacement-canvas range. This is a transferred planning benchmark, not an identical configured competitor quote. The trapezoid area is the average of the two end widths multiplied by the measured slope length. Purchasing remains closed while final production specifications and pricing are checked.

Before measuring

Measure the finished fabric rather than guessing from the advertised gazebo size. Mark every attachment location and supply a clear frame photo or original pattern. Sunbrella is water repellent, not waterproof; an appropriate frame slope and runoff are required. These panels are nonstructural shade fabric without wind, snow or load ratings.

Production: 14–16 weeks. The applicable Sunbrella 10-year limited fabric warranty covers the fabric; it does not turn the panel into a structural or waterproof roof system.
