This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of and incorporated into Laguna Covers’ Terms of Service and Refund Policy. By placing an order at lagunacovers.com, you agree to these terms.
Shipping coverage and cost
Standard ground shipping is free for orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We also serve Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are calculated at checkout from the order subtotal, before taxes.
Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and do not include production time. Faster shipping changes carrier transit time only; it does not shorten the 14–16 week production period. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.
Lower 48 expedited shipping
Free standard UPS Ground shipping is available throughout the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Optional UPS expedited rates are based on the subtotal below. These services do not rush production.

Canada faster shipping
The optional Rush Shipping service changes shipping transit only. Rates: $75 for $0–$250; $135 for $250.01–$725; $165 for $725.01–$1,100; and $200 for $1,100.01–$2,500. Production remains 14–16 weeks.
All listed prices are USD. The available delivery options shown at checkout govern the order. For orders outside a listed bracket, please use our contact form before placing the order.
Production and order processing
Every cover is made to order from the specifications selected or supplied by the customer. Standard production is currently 14–16 weeks before shipping. Production may begin promptly after an order is submitted. Shipping transit time is additional and is not guaranteed.
Shipment confirmation and delivery
After shipment, we will send the shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address supplied with the order. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and for making arrangements to receive delivery.
Delivery dates are good-faith estimates. Laguna Covers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply-chain conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Addresses, delivery issues, and restrictions
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. UPS shipments require an address accepted by UPS. Orders normally ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an address is incorrect or a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for resulting return, storage, redelivery, and additional shipping charges.
Refusing delivery or failing to accept delivery is not a valid return. If carrier tracking shows an item as delivered but the item is reported lost or stolen, please contact the carrier promptly and contact Laguna Covers. We may assist where appropriate, but carrier investigations and outcomes are outside our control.
Canada
Canadian orders can be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and customs requirements imposed by the destination jurisdiction. Unless we state otherwise at checkout, those charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.
