Refund & Cancellation Policy

Laguna Covers products are custom made from the specifications provided or confirmed by the customer. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final except for the limited manufacturing-error process below and remedies required by applicable law.

Customer responsibility

Before submitting an order, review all measurements, dimensions, options, fabric selections, and product details. Laguna Covers is not responsible for customer-provided measurements or selections, including an incorrect size, misunderstanding of fit, or an expectation not reflected in the confirmed order. The specifications, measurements, and selections shown in the order confirmation are the final record of the order.

Changes and cancellations

Production may begin promptly after an order is submitted. An order that has entered production cannot be cancelled. Requests to change or cancel an order before production begins are not guaranteed and are considered at Laguna Covers’ discretion.

Manufacturing errors

If the item was manufactured to a size or specification that does not match the order confirmation, use the contact form within five (5) days of delivery and include your order details and clear photographs. Do not return an item without written return authorization.

We may require photographs, measurements, proof of purchase, and inspection. An authorized return must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Remedy and costs

If Laguna Covers confirms a manufacturing error, the remedy may be repair, replacement, or another remedy required by applicable law. Laguna Covers will cover the reasonable shipping cost for the corrected item. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted for customer measurement or selection errors, ordinary wear, damage after delivery, misuse, improper installation, or refusal or failure to accept delivery. No exchanges are offered for custom-made items.

Undeliverable shipments

Refusal of delivery, failure to accept delivery, or an incorrect address is not a valid return. The customer is responsible for charges caused by a refused, returned, or undeliverable shipment.

Sunbrella fabric warranty and legal rights

This policy does not replace the applicable Sunbrella limited fabric warranty or limit rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Laguna Covers offers Sunbrella fabric coverage only; no separate workmanship warranty is stated.
