Made-to-measure grill cover

Protect the grill you own with a fitted cover made from tightly woven Sunbrella Shade acrylic canvas. Choose the fit that matches your setup—freestanding cart, built-in grill, or kettle or egg-shaped grill—then provide the outside measurements in inches. If your grill has an unusual shape, send a photo for fit review.

Measure your setup

Let the grill cool fully before covering it. Measure with the lid closed and shelves in their stored position. Include the widest points, fixed shelves, handles, side burners, openings, and permanent projections. The cover is made to the measurements and options you provide.

Fabric and options

Choose from the listed Sunbrella Shade colors. Black is the base color; other available colors add 10% to the cover price. The cover has plain sewn seams without piping. Optional fasteners and an access zipper are selected separately when appropriate for your setup. Screen colors may differ from physical fabric.

What arrives

One made-to-order grill cover in the selected fabric, fit, dimensions, and options. The grill, furniture, and accessories shown in photos are not included. Photos show examples; your cover is made to the measurements and color you choose.

Production, shipping, and fabric warranty

Standard production is 14–16 weeks before shipping. Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 U.S. states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is calculated separately. Applicable Sunbrella Shade fabric carries Sunbrella's 10-year limited manufacturer warranty, subject to its terms.
