Replacement pergola and gazebo canopy

Replacement Pergola & Gazebo Canopy

Match the existing canopy

Replace the fabric roof on your existing pergola or gazebo with a custom Sunbrella Shade canopy. Provide frame length, width, front and rear widths, roof rise and attachment spacing. The canopy is Sunbrella canvas; clear-vinyl side panels are available separately.

Color and panel choices

Black is the default Sunbrella Shade border or trim. Choose from 73 Sunbrella Shade colors; non-default colors add 10%. A clear original canopy, paper pattern, or measured photos gives the best basis for reproducing seams and cutouts.

Self-install preparation

The replacement is prepared for self-installation on the existing frame. Measure the finished frame, not a stretched cover, and note tubes, channels, snaps, grommets, and drainage openings. Production time is 14–16 weeks.

Made to order

Canvas or panels only; frames and installation are not included. Production takes 14–16 weeks, plus transit. The Sunbrella fabric limited warranty applies to Sunbrella fabric only. International shipping depends on the destination and finished package size.

Custom sewn panels or canvas are made for an existing frame and self-installation. Send your original template and/or actual measurements with clear photos. Purchasing is temporarily unavailable while we confirm fit and configuration.
