We make replacement cockpit panels from 20 MIL DOUBLE POLISH CLEAR VINYL FR LOW COHESION while retaining the original frame and attachment layout. Provide year, make, model, hull or serial details, and an original panel, pattern, or measured photos of every window and seam.

Canvas and color

Black is the default Sunbrella Shade border. Sunbrella Shade is available in 73 colors; other colors add 10%. Record zipper paths, snaps, screens, overlap, and frame bends to match your existing enclosure.

Self-install preparation

Measure each panel at its edges and along the curve, including zipper-to-zipper dimensions, snap spacing, seam allowance, and frame tube position. Panels are prepared for self-installation; production time is 14–16 weeks.

Made to order

Canvas or panels only; frames and installation are not included. Production takes 14–16 weeks, plus transit. The Sunbrella fabric limited warranty applies to Sunbrella fabric only. International shipping depends on the destination and finished package size.
